The Huppuch Graduate Scholarship supports GLES graduate student costs for attendance at Buffalo State University, to include cost of attendance (tuition and mandatory fees) and books. Applications are accepted at any time, but full consideration is given to complete applications received by April 1st for a fall semester entry.
Qualification requirements for first-year graduate students:
Up to two scholarships, each totaling no more than $9,000 per academic year, or up to $4,500 per semester, will be awarded. Scholarship recipients are eligible for a maximum of two scholarships over their graduate career. Students seeking a scholarship in their second year must have at least 12 completed graduate credits in the Program, a 3.0 minimum graduate GPA, and successfully defended their thesis proposal.
The Stevenson Environmental Education Award awards funds to GLES-affiliated graduate students to help cover research-related expenses, including minor equipment, travel to research sites, travel to conferences, conference registration, housing at conferences, or research supplies. Awards, if granted, generally do not exceed $1000.
